  • By signing below, you agree that your pet is not an aggressive breed (German Shepherds, American bulldogs, Mastiffs, Wolfdogs, Boerboels, Dogo Argentino, Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa Inu, American Pit Bull Terrier, Dobermans, and Rottweilers) and has not bitten anyone or been overly aggressive toward anyone in the past and that all of the information above is accurate. Pet fees change from property to property and include our cost for cleaning the apartment after you vacate for carpet and dander. The pet fees do NOT include any damage to the apartment or carpet or repair costs. Please let us know if your pet damages anything prior to your move out and we can make arrangements to correct that while you are still there. There is a 2 pet maximum unless you receive a waiver from us in writing. Some properties require you to bring the pet in for a picture or to greet the staff. We will let you know if that is required.

  • The undersigned applicant warrants the accuracy of the information provided and hereby authorizes TP Corporate Lodging and its agents to check and verify any information herein without liability. Credit and criminal background checks are run to process each application. Applicant understands that false statements or misrepresentation of this application will constitute a default under the lease/rental agreement between the parties. Resident Check is responsible for the verification of above contained information.
  • TP Corporate Lodging is hereby given authority to contact credit bureaus, the bank and credit references listed above, and any others deemed necessary to obtain reports for the purpose of evaluating the above company’s credit. Applicant understands that false statements or misrepresentation of this application will constitute a default under the lease/rental agreement between the parties.

  • Criminal Background Release

  • Landlord requires Applicant, together with any and all persons age 18 and over, who will be occupying the premises (“Proposed Occupant Residents”), to provide any such information, in addition to Applicant’s and the Proposed Residents’ respective social security numbers, as is customarily required to perform a criminal background check (collectively the “Information”) on the Applicant and all Proposed Residents (collectively the Applicant and the proposed Residents shall herein to collectively referred to as the “Applicants”). Landlord shall have the right, but shall have no obligation, to submit and/or process each such applicant’s information to a party in the business of conducting criminal background checks for the purpose of obtaining a criminal background check and/or associated report (a “CBC”) on such Applicant. Landlord: (1) has no obligation to obtain CBC’s on any of the Applicants or any other applicant, tenant, resident or occupant of any premises leased by Landlord, and (2) has not obtained background checks on any occupant, tenant, resident or applicant for premises prior to June 17, 2002. Individuals whose criminal history reveals any of the following criminal related activity prior to the application date shall not be leased an apartment at properties leased by TP Corporate Lodging.
    • Any Felony convictions (no time limit)
    • Any terrorism-related convictions (no time limit)
    • Any of the above related charges, from the final date of disposition, resulting in “Adjudication Withheld” and/or “Deferred Adjudication”
    In addition, any applicant or occupant who is found at any time to be on the Registered Sex Offender list will be subject to denial of application or possible eviction.
